The public scoping period ended on May 29, 2006. During this time, we received comments on the scope of the project, specifically: alternative approaches and ideas for accomplishing project goals; the range of issues that need to be considered in preparing the EIS; other potential projects in the vicinity that might affect or be affected by this project; and impacts that should be considered and why.
